Support is designed to start with diagnostics and redacted information. Exceptional customer-data access needs a specific, temporary authorization.
Controlled production access
Changes that could affect protected data require a reviewed release and an auditable privileged process. Expanded controls remain subject to security validation.
Share less when less is enough.
You can describe a sensitive concern without entering an exact private value. Optional Precise protection requires a restricted encrypted area, extra authentication and access history. That stored secret is kept out of ordinary AI analysis, Community features and routine support.
